Your website now comes first when families search for the college by name. This plan uses Google and Meta ads to reach the families who haven't heard of it yet, while they're still choosing, and to bring every enquiry through to the admissions desk with its source attached.
Since the new website launched in May, the college comes first or second on Google for its own name, and the site turns visitors into applications. The next step is reaching the larger group of parents searching for “a good PU college near me”.
clicks from Google in October 2026, with the college at an average position of 6.6
people who see the college on Google click through, up from 1 in 63 on the old site in April
application forms started from the website in October, plus 20 phone and 7 WhatsApp taps
for “presidency pu college kogilu yelahanka”, “presidency college yelahanka” and other name searches
In October the college appeared 175 times for that search, at an average position of 12, just below page one. SEO keeps moving these pages up month by month. Search ads put the college at the top of that page from the first day of the campaign, at the moment a parent is comparing colleges.
Applications, calls, WhatsApp taps and contact forms are already tracked in Google Analytics. That means ad spend can be measured against real applications from day one, and Google and Meta can be told which clicks led to an application.
Google Search Console and Google Analytics for presidencypucollege.in, 1–31 October 2026; old-site comparison is April 2026. Search volume is Google Ads keyword data for Bangalore, the monthly average for the year to September 2026.
We added up 24 admission searches parents make in Bangalore, such as “pu colleges near me”, “best pu colleges in bangalore”, “neet coaching in bangalore” and “residential pu colleges in bangalore”. Demand holds steady through winter, then jumps when Class 10 exams and results arrive.
24 searches combined, October 2025 to September 2026
Parents of Class 10 students start comparing colleges and attend open days. Competitors are already advertising. Ads here put the college on the list and build audiences we can return to later.
Karnataka SSLC Exam 1 runs 22 March to 5 April 2027, and results follow. Searches more than double. This is when search ads carry the most weight and when the budget leans towards Google.
Late deciders, SSLC Exam 2 students (24–31 May) and families moving to North Bangalore. We keep a smaller campaign running until the admission window closes.
Search volume: Google Ads keyword data for Bangalore. Exam dates: KSEAB 2027 timetable as published in October 2026; result dates are not yet announced.
We checked Meta's public ad library on 5 November. Bangalore PU colleges are already running admission ads for 2027–28, most of them since October. On Google, ad competition for admission searches is still rated low.

Meta Ad Library, active ads shown in India, checked 5 November 2026. Ads come and go; this is a snapshot of that day.
admission searches carry a “low” competition rating for advertisers in Bangalore. Typical top-of-page bids run from about ₹16 to ₹59 a click, which leaves room to buy the top spot affordably before April.
Nearly every ad makes the same two claims. Few show proof: a real campus, real teachers, a real timetable, a 50-year name.
The Presidency Group since 1976, board and entrance coaching on one timetable, hostels for boys and girls, transport across North Bangalore, and merit scholarships for 90%+ scorers.
Each rupee has one job: reach the right parents, catch them when they search, make it easy to enquire, and follow up until they visit and apply.
Short campus videos and reels for parents within about 15 km of Kogilu.
Top of Google when a parent types an admission search.
Admission pages on your website, each built for one programme.
Families rarely decide on the first visit.
The starting mix for November to January. It shifts towards Google as searches rise in spring (see the timeline).

Yelahanka, Kogilu, Jakkur, Hebbal, Sahakar Nagar, Vidyaranyapura, Thanisandra, Hennur, Bagalur, Devanahalli and the Doddaballapur Road corridor. Hostel campaigns reach wider Karnataka.
Ads speak to parents about results, safety, discipline and fees. Meta only allows age and location targeting for under-18s, so student-facing reels reach them by area and age.
We exclude searches about Presidency University and the other Presidency colleges, CA Foundation study material, syllabus, results and jobs. Our list of 2,974 mapped searches already shows which ones those are.
Every message is built from facts already on the college website. We write, design and test them, then put more budget behind the ones that bring the most enquiries.
PCMB with NEET and KCET coaching, PCMC with JEE, KCET and COMEDK, all alongside the PU board syllabus. No second coaching centre, no evening commute.
“Board exams and NEET, on the same campus and the same timetable. Admissions open for 2027–28 at Presidency PU College, Yelahanka.”
The Presidency Group has been in education since 1976. Parents recognise the name. We show the campus, the teachers and the people behind it.
“A name Bangalore parents have trusted since 1976. Visit the Presidency PU College campus in Kogilu, Yelahanka.”
Merit fee waivers for strong Class 10 scorers, with extra support for families who need it. This message runs hardest around results.
“Scored 90% or more in Class 10? Ask about merit scholarships for 2027–28.”
Reels of labs, classrooms, sports, the hostel and the transport routes, filmed on campus. These are the ads that get the college shortlisted.
“From the bus stop in Hebbal to the chemistry lab in Kogilu: a day in PU at Presidency.”
Examples of the format only. Final wording is approved by the college before anything goes live.
Four short questions mean fewer, better enquiries. The admissions team knows what to talk about before they call.
Google and Meta learn from what they're told. If they only hear about form fills, they bring more form fills. If they hear which families actually visited and joined, they look for more families like them.
A parent who filled in a form is often filling in three others that evening. The college that calls first usually gets the campus visit. We set up the alerts. The admissions team makes the call.
The ranges below are estimates from Bangalore click prices and published education benchmarks, not commitments. After the first 30 days we replace them with the campaign's real numbers.
| Measure | Why it matters | Estimate per month |
|---|---|---|
| EnquiriesForms, calls, WhatsApp chats, applications started | The volume coming into admissions | 200–400 |
| Cost per enquiry | Benchmarks for Indian education ads run from ₹150 to ₹900 | ₹250–₹500 |
| Qualified enquiriesRight class, right area, reachable | The share worth a counsellor's time | 50–65% |
| Campus visits | The strongest sign a family is serious | Tracked and reported |
| ApplicationsFrom SimplyAdmission, by source | Shows which ads lead to applications | Tracked and reported |
Estimates, not promises. Ad prices rise as more colleges advertise in spring, and results depend on how quickly enquiries are called back.
Our job is to put the college in front of the right parents, bring in enquiries and show clearly where each one came from. Whether a family joins depends on things outside advertising: fees, seats, the campus visit, how quickly the admissions team follows up and what other colleges offer. We do not guarantee a number of admissions. We do track every application back to its source, so the college can judge the campaign on its own results.
Spend, enquiries, cost per enquiry and what we changed, sent on WhatsApp every Monday.
In the same format as this proposal, covering enquiries and applications by source, the best-performing ads and next month's plan.
Ads run in the college's own Google and Meta accounts. The college keeps full access and history, whoever manages them.
The bar under each stage shows the share of the ₹1,00,000 going to Google (dark) and Meta (light).
Accounts, tracking, admission pages, first ads written and approved, campus shoot planned.
Reels and enquiry forms build awareness and remarketing lists. Open-day invitations.
Steady search presence, reminders to families already engaged, scholarship messages.
Searches peak. Budget leans to Google, with results-day and merit campaigns.
SSLC Exam 2 students and late deciders. Wind down as seats fill.
The plan works at ₹1,00,000 every month. If management can shift some of the December and February budget into April and May, the same total spend meets more than twice as many searching parents. We will show the case with your own data before February.
Strategy, setup, Google and Meta campaign management, ad writing and design, video edits, admission pages on your website, tracking, the weekly snapshot, the monthly report and review call.
| Ohmyweb management fee | ₹65,000 |
| GST on management fee (18%) | ₹11,700 |
| Monthly service fee payable to Ohmyweb | ₹76,700 |
Professional video shoots, influencer fees, printing and CRM licence fees. We quote these separately if needed.
The management fee is invoiced monthly in advance. Ad spend is billed by Google and Meta directly to the college's card or account, with no mark-up from us.
We recommend running through the admission season, November 2026 to June 2027, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
This proposal is valid until 20 November 2026, so campaigns can be live before December.
Most agencies start by learning the website, the tracking and the search data. We already have all three, so the first month goes on ads rather than setup.
The college moved from third to first or second on Google for its own name, and onto page one for searches without it.
New NEET, JEE and KCET pages took the college onto Google's first page for KCET coaching searches.
We set up the tracking that shows which visits lead to an application. Most application clicks come from Google search.
Search ads show within days which messages parents respond to. We use that to sharpen the website's pages. Better pages raise Google's quality score for the ads, which lowers the price of each click. Running both under one team keeps every lesson in one place.
Ohmyweb has built and looked after websites for schools, colleges and growing businesses from Bengaluru since 2018.
Most of this is a one-time handover in the first week.
Reply to approve and we'll begin setup within two working days. The first ads can be live within 10 days, before December's open days.
